Steps to Reproduce

  1. i have been afk for 1hour today to test it
  2. i was right i had 200 xp
  3. got 50 xp for 30 m
  4. lost 100xl

Explanation

i have been losing xp on police for 2days every 1 hour i lose 10 xp of the annual 30m 50 patrol xp
