Badge Spawning Angle Issue with Class A/B Uniforms on HCSD

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join the HCSD Team
2. Choose any of the Class A/B Uniforms NOT THE C as these do not have badges

Explanation

The Class A/B Uniforms on HCSD have the badge spawning on the person at a off angle, particularly, perpendicular to the chest instead of parallel as a Badge should be. This happens on all Class A/B uniforms on HCSD, the FCPD Badges do not have this issue. I scrolled through every rank to make sure that it was not just one weird bug particularly to the specific rank's uniform and it was not.
