Steps to Reproduce

Join the VHP team
Spawn a 2022 Ford Explorer Utility under Fleet Units
Gain some speed and press on the brakes

Explanation

VHP 2022 Ford Explorer Utility With little to no brakes. When starting to drive I approach a red light and pressed on the brakes and basically nothing happened and kept rolling into the intersection.
