Steps to Reproduce

1. At the equipment locker, press modify loadout.
2. Go over to FCSD special operations and press class c plainclothes, then try going to detective bureau and putting on a neck badge or any other badge

Explanation

Class C plainclothes in special operations section does not work and badge is not visible to anybody.
