Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn as a Civ and go into any safezone
2. Have a knife and get it out.
3. Now you can stab anyone with a knife but can't with fists.

Explanation

You can equip a knife into any safezone, meaning you can stab somebody to death at Kai's Dealership or at Louis dealership or at Strike pont, Whatever any safezone there is, But you can't equip fists cus of combat reasons.
