Steps to Reproduce

1. spawn as sheriff
2. go locker
3. switch to detective bureau or special ops
4. try the right or left badge
5. youll see that it does not display it
6. which f**** everything up

Explanation

this is a duplicate but the HCSD DETECTIVE BUREAU AND SPECIAL OPERATIONS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP
WE ARE MISSING BADGES WHICH IS A IMPORTANT THING IN THE RP
HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO ROLEPLAY WITHOUT BADGES
THIS IS URGENT
plus the chat gets bugged
