Player gets stuck inside Aerovan after exiting Ford Aerostar, vehicle flung into air

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn the ford aerostar
2. Get into the ford aerostar's rear back passenger
3. Get out and walk into the aerostar's rear passenger area
4. Player will phase through the door and end up inside the vehicle.
5. Player will get stuck; if player moves the vehicle gets flung into the air.

Explanation

When using the ford aerostar's back seats, if a player exits and walks into the aerovan, collisions are off causing the player to get stuck into the interior of the vehicle, if the player moves, the aerostar gets flung into the air.
