Steps to Reproduce

  1. Spawn in game
  2. Join EMS Team
  3. Spawn any Ambulances unit, not SUVs/Rams
  4. Start the engine and listen to the idle
  5. Accelerate
  6. Listen to how you still here the idle noise

Explanation

All of the Health team's ambulances' engines keep the idle noise when driving.

Every other vehicle that uses a diesel in the game does not do this, but all of the EMS team does. The FD Ambulance is correct, the idle noise only happens when stationary, not while accelerating.
