Steps to Reproduce

1. Go on the map
2. Try to see where the officer is
3. The callsign pops on the screen randomly
4. Can't get rid of the callsign

Explanation

Whenever u go on the map and u hover your cursor over to an officer or sheriff like the icons their callsign and their whole username pops out and stays on ur screen on a specific area
