Steps to Reproduce

Press the keybinds you'd typically use to turn on sirens and such
No keybinds are linked
Go to the Hayward Sheriff Station (the one not above MCJ)
Try to spawn the vehicle

Explanation

HCSD 2018 Dodge Charger UM - the vehicle has a few issues with it such as not being able to use the keybinds for the sirens, hitbox making you unable to enter the MCJ, and the vehicle not being on the hayward sheriff station.
