SP Armory deadlock prevents access to Gun Safe

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter the armory
2. Deadlock the door
3. Leave the game and/or swap teams

Explanation

The Strikepoint armory room can be deadlocked from the inside which leads to the team being effectively soft locked. Players on the team are still able to access the gun safe through the wall at a specific point however, you cannot access the safe thus making the team extremely useless with a method that is so easy to perform.

I will list some possible solutions below as to what I believe could potentially fix this.

RANK LOCK THE DEADBOLT
> Make the deadbolt for the armory require a specific rank so players have to actually put time and effort into the team before having the opportunity to shaft the entire team for a server.

REMOVE THE DEADBOLT
> I don't actually see a point to having a deadbolt lockable from the inside only. This doesn't exactly have any RP or actual functionality aside from permanently locking the door.
