Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Florence bank
2. Drive over the 2nd line of the light
3. Car will get stuck

Explanation

Anytime when a vehicle approaches the 2nd line on the streetlight in front of the Florence bank it gets stuck in-between the lines or on the 2nd line on the street. No matter what type of vehicle it is anytime a car approaches that line it ends up getting stuck and when trying to get out to push the car out of the glitch it does not work either.
