Steps to Reproduce

1. Go on ventura security team, any rank works
2. Go to any police station
3. go to the locker room
4. Attempt to access the armory if given access by anyone
5. Go over to the pistols and dispense any pistol

Explanation

Ventura Security members, regardless of their rank, are able to walk into any police station and able to dispense a pistol. This would then allow members of security, regardless of their rank, found a way to get into any police station, and spawn in a gun, and misuse it.
