Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn the insert charger
2. Drive it

Explanation

The new charger insert was nerfed for no reason? The top speed now is 113. It handles like a boat all the sudden now? The acceleration was nerfed hella too. All around it was just handicapped. Clip shows a 4 door SEDAN out running me. Explorers gapping the h*** out of me aswell.
