Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtain over 2 felonies, preferably (in my case, over 2, letting enough expire to let me on, obtain a felony ON police team)
2. Have SBI try to expunge felony
3. Try to join police team

Explanation

SBI was unable to expunge my felony allowing me to join police. Felony expunged, still says I have over the limit
