Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in as Civ
2. Get access to a LEO Locker Room
3. Try to access the UI for the uniforms

Explanation

If a Civ accesses a LEO Locker Room, the UI freezes and cannot be exited.

Cannot provide a F9 as the server closed and did not allow me back in the building.
