Visual Collision Issue with VENTURA HEALTH High-Vis

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change team to VENTURE HEALTH
2. Click the accessory icon in the left bottom.
3. Click on the option High-vis to equip this.
4. Walk around and observe the issue.

Explanation

VENTURA HEALTH high-vis has parts colliding with each other.
When equipping the high vis on the Ventura health teal we can see that the underlaying colour blue is coming true the high vis yellow layer when moving and waling around.

No console relevant to this as this is merely a visual bug.
