Steps to Reproduce

1. spawn as health service
2. go the reception
3. try to open the door with e
4. and youll see that it does not open

Explanation

well this door is not opening regional hospital

AND ALSO THE OTHER HOSPITAL ALSO HAVE THE SAME BUG
