Steps to Reproduce

1. Revert whatever was done to badges.
2. Reupload or make new leather holders.

Explanation

HCSD badges are extremely bugged, they literally send you flying across the entire map. This applies to both belt badges and neck badges. Not only do they spawn in random places on your body (belt badges spawn either inside the handcuff pouch or somewhere behind you), but neck badges don’t spawn at all, but still can bug you.

Side note: they all lack leather holders.
