Steps to Reproduce

1. Go any leo team and wait for a panic
2. After that switch to any team or die
3. And the panic stays there.

Explanation

Panic alarm bug, As a civillian it will appear on your screen, when you either change teams from sbi to civ or any LEO team to civ, or die when a panic happens and it stays on your screen.
