Steps to Reproduce

1. Go on VHP team (with the VHP Dodge Durango insert)
2. GO to the vehicle spawner
3. Look at the top where you vehicle should be and it's not there

Explanation

VHP dodge Durango Insert does not appear on the vehicle spawner list despite having purchased the insert and being able to spawn it previously. The VHP Ford insert does appear on the vehicle spawner menu.
