Steps to Reproduce

1. Go up to the homeless guy without any previous interaction.
2. Click the 'Yeah, sure man. Here you go. (Gives $5)' option.
3. Observe the error as shown in the screenshot.

Explanation

Cannot spare the homeless guy under the tree on Albany Avenue 5 dollars change, which prohibit any follow up conversation. FYI, I have way more than 5 dollars in my wallet.
