Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a team with a number capacity.
2. Make that team full capacity.
3. Try joining a rank of the same team that is different than your current one.
4. View error message.

Explanation

If while on a team with a capacity, joining a different rank than you currently are, while on the team, while the team is at its limit, you will not be able to. Team is at capacity message appears
