Steps to Reproduce

1. Talk to the homeless guy.
2. Wait the timer to talk to him again.
3. Talk to him again up until he asks you if there's anything you need to know.
4. Try to click any of the options.

Explanation

Homeless guy UI is bugged. It wont let you press anything once you get past a certain point.
