Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip shotgun
2. Shoot someone in the head
3. Observe XP bug

Explanation

When shooting someone in the head with a shotgun, it gives multiple XP updates. This is even more visible if the gore gets activated. This goes both ways. You can lose 5-10x the normal amount of XP, and also gain XP at an insane rate.
