CAD Disposal Button Leaves Unclosable Disposal Code UI

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the CAD
2. Attach to a call
3. Click Dispose
4. Stuck UI

Explanation

When using the CAD, if you accidentally click the "Dispose" button you're left with the Disposal Code UI unless you close the call. There's no "none" option, you can't close it by re-clicking "dispose", closing it doesn't work, etc.
