Steps to Reproduce

1. take decommed ford utility to gas station across from post office
2. engine is turned off
3. insert gas nozzle
4. pop up appears that the engine is on

Explanation

decomissioned ford explorer utility keeps saying engine must be turned off to fuel while engine is turned off
