Go on Sheriff Team
Spawn or head to Hawthorne Sheriff Department (northern one)
Enter the big bull pen area and head to the far left corner.
Enjoy your gun

Explanation

There is 2 guns that can be accessed from what I suspect is meant to be a testing locker, they can be grabbed through a wall at the Hawthorne Sheriff Station. These weapons are the ACRO P226/TLR1 and the FN 5/7.
