Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Ventura
2. Get any weapon
3. Go in third person
4. Get aim marker over person you want to shoot
5. shoot
6. shoots them while youre facing a different direction

Explanation

You can shoot someone while in third person facing the complete other direction will test more when i get someone from testing assistance. if behind wall bullet will stop it car will also stop bullet if a lower car like dodge. Tested with @ShaunSParker
