Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in game
2. Spawn as EMS, ant Hospital, Student Rank
3. Spawn the Supervisor SUV

Explanation

Any rank on EMS is able to spawn the Supervisor SUVs.

The EMS Supervisor Tahoe's are available to be spawned at any rank on the EMS team instead of just Supervisor ranks.
