Inability to Disable Lights or Activate Sirens on HCSD 2020 Chevrolet Silverado

When you spawn the HCSD 2020 Chevrolet Silverado insert at any HCSD station you're unable to disable the lights as it's spawns with them activated nor does the sirens work.

HCSD 2020 Chevrolet Silverado fully bugged and does not let you use any siren or ELS and the ELS Federal Signal doesent even show up

ELS System Malfunction on Multiple Vehicle Inserts
