Explanation

The XP system is currently bugged. I have been playing for more than an hour now on EMS, and yet, I received no XP. No XP for driving around, no XP for playing the game, nothing. The only thing I received was paycheck and XP boost. I have brought this issue to #ventura-chat and many people are experiencing the same issue.
