SBI Loadouts Missing Primary Weapons and Map LE Visual Issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the SBI HQ
2. Open the Belts
3. Scroll to the Tactical tab
4. Put on the TEMS or any of them
5. You don't spawn with a primary
6. For the Map visual, open your map on LE
7. For the M110 not appearing, grab an M110 from the armory, which it doesn't appear on your character

Explanation

SBI loadouts have no primaries such as the MK16 which was given to SBI whenever you equipped a thing such as team leader, TEMS, blah blah. Map also doesn't show LE anymore.
