Explanation

The other day I was on Ventura and had a two "visual glitches" stating I was "handcuffed" and if I left I would lose XP, get auto-jailed etc. Well I asked a staff member just to be sure it was just a visual glitch and he said that I should be fine after he checked me ingame. Today I joined Ventura to find out that I lost 500 XP on civilian and Vix along with I would assume to be 500 XP lost on every other team too..
