Steps to Reproduce

1. Joined game after server restart.
2. Went to vehicle spawner as usual.
3. Tried to spawn the explorer.
4. It gave me the keys but did not give the notification that I got it.
5. Checking outside, it did not spawn.

Explanation

Can no longer spawn the 2022 Ford Explorer on the Security team. Happened after update.
