Steps to Reproduce

1. He only had one car and it was destroyed
2. Now he cannot buy any others despite being able to afford it
3. You could try reproducing it the same way
4. He tried multiple servers

Explanation

Friend (bigd497 is his user) cannot purchase any cars after his car got destroyed despite having enough funds.
