Steps to Reproduce

  1. Spawn vehicle in game
  2. Drive vehicle until smoking, or smoking with sparks
  3. Respawn wrecked vehicle
  4. Enjoy damage free vehicle

Explanation

Wrecked Vehicles spawn without smoking or damage, the vehicle damage resets.
