Steps to Reproduce

Spawn VHP 2021 Unmarked tahoe insert
drive around with the els on code 3 and parking break OFF
type in the chat box/radio box and press b and the siren keybinds

Explanation

VHP 2021 Unmarked Tahoe insert parking break and ELS are bound to typing in the chat box. If youre typing in the radio or chat box and press "p" or the sirens when using els it will active despite not supposed to.
