Explanation

Im probably not reporting this to the right place but I cant find anywhere else to contact support. I purchased diamond vip about 2 weeks ago and today I upgraded to founders vip. I was jailed and when I got unjailed I noticed I didnt spawn with a gun like I should, I go and check REACT studios and it shows im back to diamond.
