Explanation
About 2 weeks ago I purchased diamond VIP. Today i wanted to upgrade my VIP into founders VIP. I clicked on the founders VIP option and clicked "Change Plan" It didnt bring me to a checkout screen but I did get a notification saying the upgrade was complete. Funds have been taken from my bank account so I know I purchased the upgrade. As I was playing Project Ventura with my new perks having a good ol time I got arrested. After I was released from MCJ I noticed instead of spawning with a gun like I have for the past hour or so, I spawn with a knife. I check REACT studios and see what used to say current over founders VIP, It was back to diamond. I recently made a report about this and the person who opened my ticket said it should be back because the website was down, however that was not the case and I still face the issue of not having access to founders VIP. I still have the car from founders VIP tho.
