Steps to Reproduce

1. The servers restarted
2. I logged into the game
3. I saw the message that I lost XP for 'leaving the game'
4. I went to the PD team, which is the one I dedicate the most time to
5. It says that I lost 500 XP

Explanation

500 XP disappeared from my PD team it literally happened out of nowhere. I had 16,063 XP and ended up with 15,513 Please, I need those 500 XP back; it took me hours of farming... It was because of the server resets every minute it detected that I left, probably, or it was a bug, but please help me.
