Steps to Reproduce

1. Bring back the old spawn feature
2. If the owner spawns it at any dealer, the car should be removed to the others
3. Ensure that no clones are created

Explanation

my car was stolen by another player and spawned it again right after it got stolen, before its gonna despawned if the owner try to spawn on any dealership well in my case its doesnt. it got destroyed even tho im on my car. so its like they are clones of my car. its just unfair i lost tons of money to buy it and for the insurance
