Chem Mixtures Spawning and Price Calculation Issues

Steps to Reproduce

1. I bought around 13 chem mixtures.
2. I had a chem table placed.
3. When I placed the first 6 chem mixtures, they spawned with a huge delay and required a lot of clicking.
4. Most of the chem mixtures bought didn't even spawn on the table.
5. They just disappeared from my inventory.
6. This has confused my calculations and made me lose hundreds of dollars due to the bug.

Explanation

Chem mixtures are not sometimes spawning, or don't properly spawn when placing them on the chem table. Also the chem profits/prices are different rates each time which makes confusing the profit calculation for the player and sometimes is confusing.
