Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in game
2. Spawn as FD
3. Spawn the FD Amblulance
4. Turn on the turn signals.

Explanation

FD Amblulance front turn signals are covered are do not work like they should.

Unlike the F250/F350, the front turn signals only work as side markers, not the whole lamp, like it should in real life.
