Steps to Reproduce

1. Get a car
2. Drive
3. Observe that it doesn't update often
4. Note: Might be a personal issue

Explanation

Location UI at the bottom left doesn't update.
To be specific
When I drive around,the UI doesn't say the street names etc.
Now this isn't useful especially when playing as a police officer in Pursuits.
And No it does not fix with the server restart.
