Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Ventura
2. Join any LEO team
3. Get baton
4. Touch someone with it without swinging it

Explanation

When holding out a baton and touching someone with it, even if you're not swinging the baton, if it touches someone, it damages them and knocks them to the ground.
