1. Join HCSD
2. Spawn 2020 UC Silverado
3. Turn headlights on
4. Check all seats

Explanation

The HCSD 2020 UC Silverado seats and lights are broken, not sure if the vehicle was meant to be released for free yet or not but it is unfished/untested.
