Steps to Reproduce

1. spawn SBI SRCTU 2019 Ram 1500
2. turn on truck
3. get out
4. hop back in truck and see it is then off

Explanation

The SBI SRCTU 2019 Ram 1500 turns off every time I hop out of it, and the HI-Lo Siren does not work when you press V
