Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn SBI CVPI
2. Put the Spotlight up and try and put it back down
3. put the car in park and get out and get back in (must have light on stage 3)

Explanation

On The New SBI CVPI the spot Light does not go back down and when you leave the car in park and get out when you get back in its not in park like it Should be
