Steps to Reproduce

1. Join the game.
2. Join the VHP Team.
3. Spawn the Mustang patrol vehicle.
4. Attempt to activate the Hi-Lo Siren or the Evacuate Siren.
5. While sitting in the Driver Seat or Front Passenger Seat, try to rack a rifle or shotgun.

Explanation

The VHP Limited Mustang is missing gun racks for Rifle and Shotgun and two siren tones: Hi-Lo and the Evacuate sound.
